1. Introduction

Welcome to VDAP! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the services provided by VDAP, including phone, text, and advertising services for small businesses. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. No Long-Term Contracts

There are no long-term contracts required to use VDAP services. Customers may cancel the service at any time without penalty.

3. Business Verification Requirements

All customers are required to provide valid public legal documentation, such as business registration, for business verification. For text messaging services, customers must provide the necessary information and documents to VDAP, and VDAP will complete the 10DLC campaign registration on behalf of the customer to ensure compliance with messaging regulations.

4. Violation of FCC Regulations

VDAP complies with all applicable FCC regulations. In the event that any customer violates FCC regulations, VDAP reserves the right to immediately terminate the service. The customer will be responsible for paying any fines or penalties related to violations of FCC regulations.

5. Billing and Payments

VDAP does not store customers' credit card or bank account information for recurring charges. Customers are required to make prepayment or replenish their account balance to keep services active.

If your prepaid balance is running low, VDAP will notify you via email and text message to ensure uninterrupted service.

6. Service Termination and Refunds

If you choose to close your VDAP service, any remaining credit on your account will be refunded. The refund will be subject to a 10% processing fee or $15 minimum, but the refund amount will not exceed $50.

7. Limitation of Liability

VDAP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. The customer agrees to hold VDAP harmless from any claims arising from their use of the service, including those related to third-party content or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

VDAP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the services after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which VDAP operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
