Instructions on adding a contact phone number and sending messages
Select Search Session tab, enter a phone number and click on Add new
The newly added contact is included in the list and chosen for sending messages.
You can search for existing contacts by entering partial names or phone numbers.
Instructions on sending messages (SMS)
Messages layout:
Outgoing messages are on the left , internal messages are in the middle, and incoming messages are in the right
Input message in the text input to send out. Check the Internal Message to save as internal messages
To send your message, click on the "Send" button (or press enter).
Schedule a message to be sent later. If you want to schedule the message to be sent later, click on the "Clock" button. The follow-up indicator displays the number of scheduled messages that have been sent out in the last 48 hours.
Instructions on sending a screenshot (MMS)
Sending a screenshot -
Click on the camera icon to launch Snip and Sketch. Use Snip and Sketch to capture and edit a screenshot. Then, click on the attach icon to attach the screenshot and send it.
Quick sending with predefined messages -
Click on the flash icon to launch predefined messages. Double click on a predefined message to select and sent it.
Tip: Enter the predefined message ID followed by a dot (.) to select the predefined message.
Instructions on transfer a conversation(customer) to another worker
Click the transfer icon to relocate a customer to another colleague. Enter a transfer message to notify your colleague. After the transfer, the follow-up indicator number in your colleague's application will increase by one unit. Your transfer note/message will be visible to your colleague as an internal message.
Instructions on close to remove the active customer from the active customer list
Press the Finish Flag icon to close the current active conversation. The active customer will be removed from the current active customers list. If the removed customer sends a message again, they will be automatically listed in the active customers list.
You can search and activate removed/closed customers.
Double click on a search-matching customer list to put the customer in your active customer list.

Instruction on checking the phone statuses of colleagues
The phone status page provides you with the current working status of your colleagues, including the location from which they logged in. If you have administrative privileges, you can also toggle the phone advertising service on or off and manually sign out a colleague.
Instructions on utilizing the Missed Call list
Click on the Missed calls indicator to launch the missed call list page.
The missed call list also includes informative statuses of the callers, such as whether they are new or existing customers, the duration of their wait, and the level of attention they need.
Double click on an existing customer, to load his/her information with all texting messages

Additional Features
Instructions on new, sent, and flow up messages
New incoming messages are listed under the "New Message" tab for your convenience. You can double-click on a new message entry to load all messages from the customer.
Recently sent messages are listed under the "Sent" tab for your convenience. You can double-click on a new message entry to load all messages from the customer.
Follow up messages are listed under the "follow up" tab for your convenience. You can double-click on a new message entry to load all messages from the customer. Moreover, when you double click on a follow up message, the follow up indicator number will decrease one unit.
